The customer support I received was truly beyond what I expected. 😊 I recently bought a T-shirt because I’m planning to retire soon. I’ll be playing guitar, and I ordered a medium size. At first, I was a bit let down since it was too small. So, I reached out to the friendly folks at Justinguitar to see if I could swap it for a large size.

I got a quick response from the team, suggesting I keep the T-shirt and pass it on to a friend who might fit it. They also issued me an instant refund, and I was able to reorder the large size, which I’ve already done. This level of customer service is truly remarkable and deserves a shout-out. I’ve never experienced such fantastic service in my life.

I mean, who else would let you keep a product for free and still give you a refund? It’s honestly mind-blowing!!! I’m really impressed and absolutely love Justinguitar’s free lessons; he’s an amazing teacher and makes everything feel so simple.

I feel totally ripped off by Justine Guitare. The app just isn’t functioning. Justin Guitare didn’t even bother to respond to the email I sent. There’s no refund option on their website, so once you pay, whether the app works or not, they’ve got your money and couldn’t care less. I bought the guitar app for my little boy’s birthday, and we tried everything but still can’t access it. Customer service just said, 'it works fine on our end.' That’s all they had to say. It’s like they’re saying, 'good luck with that.' And I’m being polite here. So, before you buy from this so-called top-rated American site (rated best 😂😂😂), think twice. I ended up with a faulty product, and the seller doesn’t give a hoot. Their ratings are based on the free stuff they hand out. Do yourself a favor and check it out for yourself (I didn’t... my mistake). Look for a contact number or a refund policy. I got scammed by Justin Guitare.

For many years, I've been enjoying my journey of learning and improving on the guitar with Justin, and I totally back all the great things folks say about it. Recently, I ran into an issue with my computer where all my paid subscriptions and history just vanished, leaving the site prompting me to sign up again. I reached out to the support crew at Justin Guitar, and let me tell ya, Laryne especially was super helpful and sorted everything out in no time, restoring my subscriptions and history.

At 68, I’m finally picking up the guitar after two earlier tries—once at 10 and again at 18. Justin has truly transformed my experience! His way of teaching is top-notch, and if you’re really into music, you should check out his theory class; it’s a must. Plus, he shares some awesome life insights that resonate with me. Being old school, I appreciate his website and have even ordered his book, but I gotta say, his app is just amazing. I’m actually making music now! Justin, you’re really making a difference in the world; I can’t thank you enough!

As a retiree, I'm finally picking up the guitar. In my opinion, Justin provides the top-notch platform for this. It seems to me that Justin genuinely looks out for his students and viewers, and both the website and app are packed with features! The tools available have truly motivated me and helped me stay consistent with my practice.

Right now, I'm learning with one of the teachers Justin suggested, using the Justin Guitar app, and I've made more strides in just 5 weeks than I did in the last seven years trying to teach myself. Big thanks to Justin for all the effort and dedication he puts into helping folks learn to play. Also, a shoutout for the list of capable instructors. I highly recommend that anyone who's having a tough time teaching themselves check out the recommended instructors and find one whose teaching style and vibe resonate with you. You'll be really thankful you took that step.

If you're just starting out, I’d suggest diving into 'Beginner Grade 1' and then checking out the rest of the site as you go. The lessons adhere to key teaching principles: progressing from simple to complex, familiar to new, and easy to challenging. Plus, the videos are well-edited. As a student, you really benefit from the close-up shots and the diagrams of the fretboard when you're learning a chord or riff, which is something some online instructors skip. Justin understands the learning curve. He’s aware of the challenges and always offers valuable support and tips in the videos. Trust me, this truly distinguishes this educational resource from others available. It feels like a journey, and you gain confidence in discovering both yourself and music!

Honestly, the free lessons are all you really need. I’ve been using them for around six years. This year, I decided to pay for the mobile app, and it’s a blast to play along with.

This course is just fantastic! I kicked off my guitar adventure with a different online program, and honestly, it was so dull that I nearly threw in the towel. Then I found Justin Guitar while searching for a tutorial on For What It's Worth, and I was hooked right away. I've been strumming for two years now (and had to deal with two shoulder surgeries), but folks are always amazed at my progress! I can't recommend Justin enough!
